Settings tab

The Settings tab in Organize Space is available to users with administrative privileges and provides access to administrative and configuration functions and tools.

Users tab

The tools available to administrator users under the Users tab include tools for managing and configuring:
  • Users — Manage user logins
  • User Groups — Manage user groups
  • User Roles — Manage user roles

System tab

The tools available to administrator users under the System tab include tools for managing and configuring:
  • Default Settings — Set defaults
  • Lists of Values — Translate the list of values
  • Output Formats — Specify and manage output formats
  • Status Definitions — Define and manage statuses

XML Settings tab

The XML Settings tab provides access to the contents of configuration files for various areas of the product. The tab is provided as a convenience to implementers and support personnel. Modify these files only if you have knowledge of their contents and structure and are doing so under direction of the documentation or your customer support representative.
