Translating

Generate target languages and integrate with TMS and WorldServer.

Generate target languages
Content Manager can automatically generate target language versions of the released objects in the baseline of your publication version, based on its set of requested languages, if you instruct it to do so through Organize Space. This is known as a push translation.
Alternatively, adding your publication version to a translation job in Organize Space has the same effect.
If you use the Content Manager API instead of Organize Space, you can also generate target language versions for individual objects that are not publications: you can apply push translations to map versions, and you can add versions of any type of item to a translation job.
The to-be-translated XML contents inherit relevant metadata fields and are automatically routed to the assigned translator.
This automation eliminates manual steps thus making the process more efficient and less error-prone.
Automatic interfacing with translation workflow systems
Translation is an integral part of a publication release. Content Manager provides an interface to translation workflow systems to facilitate this process. Content Manager currently has optional integrations with TMS, WorldServer and File System.
