Tridion Access Management (or simply Access Management) provides a single, simplified interface for managing access for end users, applications and APIs.
Note: Work in Access Management requires that you be an authorized user. If you do not have access and require it, contact your System Administrator.
Benefits of Tridion Access Management The Tridion Docs 15 release adds support for Tridion Access Management, or simply Access Management. The application provides a single, simplified interface for managing access to Tridion applications by end users and by the APIs for other applications.
Managing Tridion Docs users in Access Management The Users tab in Access Management shows users of Tridion Docs applications (those configured for Access Management) who have logged in and been provisioned in the system. From Access Management, administrators can modify user profiles, including a user's access settings for individual applications.
Managing service accounts in Access Management Service accounts enable applications and other non-human users to authenticate through Access Management and be authorized to access APIs.
