Editing Page Region Contents

In the Experience Manager, open the webpage properties in the top right corner see the Page Regions available on the page. For each region you can drill down to view and edit the Promotions and Experiments, and Content and Content Variants, available for that region.

Procedure

  1. In the slide out navigation pane, select Editing Sites then choose a staging environment.
  2. Select the border around the webpage and click the Properties border button at top right corner.

  3. Click Targeted Regions.
    The Targeted Regions pop-up shows the regions available on the webpage. For each region you can see whether Experiments are running and how many Promotions are available, including the maximum number of items allowed. In the Targeted Regions pop-up you can:
    • click the region more button to view the Experiments and Promotions
    • click Open Targeting Dashboard to add or edit Experiments and Promotions
    • click Back to return to the Page properties pop–up
  4. Click the region more button to view the Promotions and Experiments in the region. In the region pop-up you can:
    • click the more button next to an Experiment or Promotion to view the Content Variants and Content
    • click Open to view and/or edit the Experiment or Promotions
    • click Add New > Experiment or Add New > Promotion to add new Experiments and Promotions to the region
    • click Back to return to the Targeted Regions properties pop–up
    Also, the start and end date of each Experiment is displayed and when a Promotion is triggered, and the maximum number of items allowed in this region number of items each currently displaying (one only for Experiments).
  5. Click the Promotions or Experiment more button .
