Creating a Bundle in Content Manager Explorer

You can create an empty Bundle from the Create tab.

Before you begin

Creating a Bundle requires that you or your group has Bundle Management rights. You also need write permission for the location where you want to create the Bundle.

Procedure

  1. Access the Content Manager Explorer website.
  2. Navigate to the Folder in which you want to create a Bundle and in the Create tab of the ribbon toolbar, click the New Bundle button.
    A new window opens where you can define the new Bundle.
  3. Enter a Bundle name and other optional details.
    Your selection of Bundle Type (the Bundle Schema) determines the following:
    • Whether your Bundle is subject to workflow, and if so, which specific workflow process definition
    • Whether additional Bundle metadata fields are available
  4. When finished defining the Bundle, click Save and Close in the ribbon toolbar of the dialog.
    The Bundle is created. You can now add items to it.
