Troubleshooting Content Manager Explorer

Page doesn't load due to pop-up blocking
Problem: When you try to access the Content Manager Explorer website, the browser appears to be loading the webpage, but it never shows anything. This can occur in some browsers when pop-up blocking is enabled.

Problem: After you refresh the browser while using Content Manager Explorer, you are required to repeat the sign in process. This can occur when the Safari browser with the experimental feature NSUrlSession Websocket.
Solution: This issue is due to a bug in Safari's feature. To work around it, turn off the feature in the browser's settings, which are generally found under the . Alternatively, you can use a different browser.
"Object required" error
Problem: Accessing the user interface produces an popup error with 'Object required' in the Details area. This happens when the browser is using a pop-up blocker.
Solution: Disable pop-up blocker(s) for the Content Manager Explorer website.
"Object does not support this property or method" error
Problem: After right-clicking on something, you see an error in the Details area saying the "Object does not support this property or method".
Solution: Check that your browser settings are defined as recommended.
Multiple JavaScript errors
Problem: When you try to open a drop-down list, you see a series of JavaScript errors.
