Version history in Experience Space
When viewing a list of items in the Central items area, you can view all previous versions of an selected item in the History panel. You can also view item history while editing the item.
Deleting versions
You can delete one or more versions of an item, but you cannot delete the last version or the current version.
To delete an item, you must have the following:
- Rights for the item you want to delete
- Delete permissions for the Folder or Structure Group in which the item is stored
Rolling back to a previous version
Rollback allows you to create a new version of an item based on a previous version.
To rollback to a previous version of an item you must have rights for the item you want to rollback (for example, Component Management rights) and write permissions for the containing Folder or Structure Group. It is not possible to rollback if the following conditions apply:
- the item is a shared item
- the item is checked-out
- the item is in workflow
- only one version of the item exists
