Updating your profile

Users with the correct permissions may change personal details in their profiles. The administrator may have entered this information for you while creating your account.

About this task

Depending on how your administrator has configured the application and permissions, you may not be able to modify your profile settings. If the application is using Single Sign-On, you must change the profile settings in the SSO application (ISHSTS or any other STS such as ADFS), or contact your system administrator.

Procedure

  1. If you are on a Legacy Content Delivery page, select Home in the breadcrumb trail.
    The Legacy Content Delivery landing page appears.
  2. In the Frame Header, use the user name button located at the upper right, then select Preferences.
    The User Preferences window appears.
  3. Select Profile (stand-alone mode only).
  4. Change your personal details as desired. This includes the following fields:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Phone
    • Job Title
    • E-mail
  5. Select Close.
