Adding or removing jobs in a project

This topic describes how to add jobs and how to remove jobs from a project.

Procedure

  1. Display the project on the <Project Name> - Details screen (see Accessing projects).
  2. Click Edit Project Details.
    The <Project Name>/Edit screen is displayed.

  3. In the Jobs left-hand box, select the job(s) to be added to the project.
  4. Click the right arrow to move the jobs to the right-hand box. The jobs in the right-hand box are all part of this project.
    • If there are no jobs in the left-hand column, all jobs for this organization have already been placed in a project.
    • If you want to remove a job from the project, select the job in the right-hand column and click the left arrow.
  5. Click Submit after you finish.
