Monitoring ongoing projects

This topic describes the options for monitoring projects available in the Home view navigation tree and the Projects view navigation tree.

Home

Click Project To Do List to display the Project To Do List screen. This screen lists all projects and jobs requiring your attention. Click a link to go to the screen where the action is performed. The Project To Do List screen contains both projects for which you are the project manager and jobs that were created using a configuration on which you are named as the default project manager.

Click Project Daily Summary to display the Project Daily Summary screen. This screen lists project tasks which are due to be completed over the next five days and the following week for which you are the project manager. Click a link to go to the screen where you can review or edit project details, schedule project steps, reschedule project task due dates and assign users to project steps.

Projects

Click Project Overview to display the Project Overview screen. This screen lists all projects for all organizations. Click a link in the Name column to display the selected project on the <Project name> - Details screen.

Click Projects to display the Projects screen. This screen lists all projects for a single organization (the organization displayed at the top of the Projects navigation pane). To see the projects for which you are responsible, select your name from in the Project Manager box. Click a link in the Name column to display the selected project on the <Project name> - Details screen.
