Adding locales

When you add a locale, you need to specify its name, its base language, its default encoding, as well as the WorldServer users who can work with it.

Procedure

  1. In WorldServer, go to Management > Business Rule Linkage > Locales.
  2. Select Add.
  3. On the Locale: New Locale page, do the following:
    1. In the Name box, enter the name of the locale that you want to add.
    2. In the Language list, select the language that you want to associate with the locale.
    3. In the Default Encoding list, select the default encoding of the locale.
    4. Optional: Next to Members, associate the appropriate users with the locale by moving them from the Available users column to the Users in locale column.
  4. Select Save.
