Deleting guest users
You can delete guest users if you no longer collaborate with them.
Before you begin
Therefore, check whether the user you want to delete is assigned to any task. After you delete the user, you must reassign the task to another user, if there are no other initial assignees available.
Procedure
- Log in to Trados Enterprise (by accessing this link: http://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc).
- Go to the Users view and select the Guests sub-tab.
- Select the check boxes corresponding to the guest users you want to delete.
- Select Delete.
