Deleting guest users

You can delete guest users if you no longer collaborate with them.

Before you begin

When a user is deleted, the tasks that were accepted by that user are released back and users from the initial list of assignees can accept the tasks. If there are no other initial users assigned to the tasks, these tasks will remain unassigned. No email notifications are sent to users in these cases.

Therefore, check whether the user you want to delete is assigned to any task. After you delete the user, you must reassign the task to another user, if there are no other initial assignees available.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Trados Enterprise (by accessing this link: http://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc).
  2. Go to the Users view and select the Guests sub-tab.
  3. Select the check boxes corresponding to the guest users you want to delete.
  4. Select Delete.
