Editing customer details

You can edit all customer details, except the customer location.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Trados Enterprise.
  2. Go to the Customers view.
  3. Select the check box corresponding to the customer whose details you want to edit.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. Select the Settings sub-tab and change one or all of the following options:
    • Name - Edit the customer name.
    • RAG status - Flag the customer with a color that can signal the status of the customer's projects: Green (all is fine and according to schedule); Amber (there are some issues or delays with the customer's projects); Red (the situation is critical and requires immediate attention).
  6. Select Save.
