Force deleting customers
You can force delete customers even if customers have associated resources. Force deletion is an irreversible action which deletes customers and all of their associated resources.
Before you begin
You cannot delete a customer unless you first delete all of its associated resources: linguistic resources, workflows, pricing models, project templates, TQA profiles, schedule templates, quote templates, projects, users, and groups. However, the system now allows you to force delete a customer for which you did not delete all of its associated resources, which means that the application takes care of the deletion for you.

Procedure
- Log in to Trados Enterprise (by accessing this link: http://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc).
- Go to the Customers view.
- Select the check box of the customer you want to force delete.
- Select Delete and confirm your choice.
- In the Force Delete dialog, only if you are sure you want to go ahead with this operation, type the name of the customer in the highlighted field, and then select Force Delete.
