Getting support

Whether you want to log a support case or get in touch with other Trados users and industry professionals, the resources in the Support section are a good place to start.

About this task

Support is only available to certain types of subscriptions.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Account Portal.
  2. Select Support.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To log a case for your product and view previous support cases, under RWS Support, select Get support.
    • To ask questions about your product and join a community of professionals, under RWS Community, select Visit RWS Community.
