Getting support
Whether you want to log a support case or get in touch with other Trados users and industry professionals, the resources in the Support section are a good place to start.
About this task
Support is only available to certain types of subscriptions.
Procedure
- Log in to Account Portal.
- Select Support.
- Do one of the following:
- To log a case for your product and view previous support cases, under RWS Support, select Get support.
- To ask questions about your product and join a community of professionals, under RWS Community, select Visit RWS Community.
