If you already consulted verification results and you do not want further checks to report the same issue, you can ignore the verification messages from Trados Online Editor.
About this task
You ignore verification results for 2 reasons:
- You fixed the problem reported by the verification message.
- You consider that the problem reported by the verification message should not be fixed.
All the verification results you ignore are not reported by the Automated QA Check task.
Procedure
- Abra el archivo adecuado en Trados Online Editor.
- One the right-hand side panel, select the Verification symbol.
- If necessary, expand the Filter messages section and filter the verification messages by Severity or Message type.
- Under each verification message, you can see two options: Ignore and Ignore all.
- To ignore a specific verification message, select Ignore under that message.
- To ignore verification messages of the same type as the selected one, select Ignore all.
The verification messages you ignored disappear from the list.
- To view the ignored verification messages, expand the Filter messages menu, and select Show ignored messages. If you want to hide them, select Hide ignored messages.
- If you make a change to a segment which has a verification message, the verification disappears from the list, and you can find it by selecting Show invalidated messages. If the problem reported by the verification message has been fixed, you can safely ignore the message.
