Translation configurations
The Translation task can be configured in several revision modes in Trados Enterprise.
When users perform a Translation task in Trados Online Editor, they need to understand the mode they are working with.
Track Changes
- Accept/Reject/Add/Edit/Delete revisions
- Track Changes mode enabled by default (but can be disabled)
- Comments tab available
- Revisions tab available
Simplified Editing
When linguists or subject matter experts open the Translation task in Trados Online Editor, they can work with a simplified user interface.
When working with a Simplified Editing configuration, linguists and subject matter experts can work with the following features: manage comments, find and replace text, view document structure information
When working with a Simplified Editing configuration, linguists and subject matter experts cannot work with the following features, as these are disabled for more ease of use: verify documents, manage revisions, filter documents, track changes.
