Installing the Language Weaver app

Here are the necessary steps to take when installing the plugin.

About this task

You need to install the plugin as a private application in your Zendesk instance.

Procedure

  1. From your Zendesk account, go to Admin Center > Apps and integrations > Zendesk Support apps
    .
  2. Select the Upload private app button at the top.
    The Upload App window is displayed.
  3. In the App name field, enter the name of the app.
  4. Select the Change button.
    In the upload window displayed, browse for zip file and select it.
  5. When finished, select Upload.

After the upload finishes, you can proceed to configuring the app.
