Creating a new shortcut key
Procedure
- Click the arrow next to the Quick Access Toolbar and choose More Commands from the context menu.
- Click Customize next to Keyboard shortcuts to open the Customize keyboard dialog.
- In the Categories tab, choose the tab where the command is available on the ribbon and select the button from the Commands list.
- Enter the new key combination in the Press new shortcut key field and click Assign.
- Click Close then OK to close the dialog boxes and save your changes.
