Creating a new shortcut key

Procedure

  1. Click the arrow next to the Quick Access Toolbar and choose More Commands from the context menu.
  2. Click Customize next to Keyboard shortcuts to open the Customize keyboard dialog.
  3. In the Categories tab, choose the tab where the command is available on the ribbon and select the button from the Commands list.
  4. Enter the new key combination in the Press new shortcut key field and click Assign.
  5. Click Close then OK to close the dialog boxes and save your changes.
