Language Offices receive client review rounds if they have been requested by the PMO in the workflow.
Before you begin
You must be a Translation Lead with the appropriate permissions within the group matrix to be able to view or re-assign client review tasks to translators.
Procedure
- Within your Helix task list navigate to the job and select the Implement Client Review link.
- Check the box for the task.
- Scroll to the quick view area at the bottom of the page and review the details of the job.
- Click Own to complete the task yourself.
Note that these tasks can also be assigned to other Leads or Translators for completion by entering their name in the Assign To box. This then moves the task to their task list.
- Click Start to begin working on the task.
Perform standard client review implementation activities in the job.
Note: Complete these tasks the standard way outside of Helix. Although a time tracker is activated in Helix, proceed to use Empower Timesheet to record all time.
- When the tasks are complete enter the Updated File Location and add a Comment.
- Click Complete.

The Complete button is not activated until all the working files are beyond the Implement Client Review stage in TMS. Upon clicking Complete in Helix, you receive the following message "Have all the files been updated and uploaded to TMS?", click Yes to continue.

Based on the settings within the job, one of the following then occurs:

· If there is Post-Processing, a Receive Implemented Client Review task is generated for the PMO.

· If there is no Post-Processing, the job moves ahead to a Complete Job task for the PMO.

· Any additional rounds of LSO appear in Helix, but do not have a matching stage in TMS. These additional rounds should be handled outside of TMS.
