Configuring a Customer to use Two-factor Authentication
As a project manager or administrator, you can mandate that all contacts within a particular customer must use two-factor authentication. If a user is required to use two factor authentication, that user cannot log into the MultiTrans TMS unless they have MultiTrans Mobile installed and can receive data through their mobile device.
Procedure
- As a project manager or administrator, select from the top menu bar in the MultiTrans TMS.
- Double-click the customer whose users require two-factor authentication.
- On the Customer tab, select Yes beside Enable two factor authentication. All contacts for this customer now require two-factor authentication unless explicitly excluded.
