Configuring the Web Editor Server
Set up the Web Editor Server for use.
- Configuring the Web Editor Server
The Web Editor Server must be configured following installation. - Configuring the Web Editor Completion Percentage
For users to view the progress of Web Editor tasks from the Overview of a project, a configuration file named TaskEstimatorConfig.json is installed at C:\Program Files\Donnelley\MultiTrans Flow 64\runtime\multitrans on the Flow server. - Enabling IIS Compression to Enhance Web Editor Speed
If IIS 7 or higher is used on the server, it is possible to enable IIS compression to reduce the amount of data being transferred from the server by approximately 85% (this will raise the server CPU usage). IIS compression is a global IIS setting and will therefore apply to all websites hosted by IIS that meet the content type requirement.
