Configuring your Email and Phone Information
Edit your email or phone information.
Procedure
- From your initial on the top toolbar or from the main menu page of the Provider Portal, click My Flow.
- Click the Profile tab.
- In the Contact Info section, in the Email field, enter your primary email account.
- Click ADD to enter a new email account. Click X to delete an email account.
- Select the Notification check box to receive messages using the designated email account.
- In the Contact Info section, enter your primary phone number.
- Click ADD to enter a new phone number. Click X to delete a number.
- Type: The kind of phone number. For example, office, home, cell, or fax.
- Phone Number: The full phone number including country codes, prefixes, and area codes.
- Extension: Any additional numbers required to complete the call.
- Click Save.
