Configuring your Email and Phone Information

Edit your email or phone information.

Procedure

  1. From your initial on the top toolbar or from the main menu page of the Provider Portal, click My Flow.
  2. Click the Profile tab.
  3. In the Contact Info section, in the Email field, enter your primary email account.
  4. Click ADD to enter a new email account. Click X to delete an email account.
  5. Select the Notification check box to receive messages using the designated email account.
  6. In the Contact Info section, enter your primary phone number.
  7. Click ADD to enter a new phone number. Click X to delete a number.
    1. Type: The kind of phone number. For example, office, home, cell, or fax.
    2. Phone Number: The full phone number including country codes, prefixes, and area codes.
    3. Extension: Any additional numbers required to complete the call.
  8. Click Save.
