List Administration
Use the settings in this section to define field values that will be available in various areas of the MultiTrans TMS, such as projects or customers.
- List Default Values
Use the List Default Values page to select a single default value for common fields that appear throughout the system with a drop-down list. Choose the most popular, frequently used value as a default value that will help users when completing the fields on a page. When you select the empty row at the top of each value list, the default value is empty. - Configure the List of Countries
Use the Countries page to define the countries of operation of your customers and providers. - Configure the List of Languages
Configure the list of languages users can choose from. - Configure the List of Currencies
Use the Currency page to define the recognized monetary units of your customers and providers. - Configure the List of Domains
Use the Domains page to define the recognized industries your company offers. Abilities and rates can be domain-specific. - Configure the List of Categories
Use the Category page to define your supported types of deliverables, such as user guides or marketing materials. - Configure the List of Services
Use the Services page to define the work tasks required to satisfy customer projects. - Configure the List of Priorities
Use the Priority page to define the level of urgency expressed by a customer and offered by your company when fulfilling a service request. - Configure the List of Units
Configure the list of units that are associated to project tasks, such as words or pages or exact TextBase matches. - Configure the List of Provider Types
Configure the list of Provider Types users can be associated to. Once created in the Settings, the Provider Types are available for selection on the Provider details page. - Configure the List of Provider Application Status Types
Use the Provider Application Status page to define the status of a potential provider's application. The choices for this field will appear as choices for a prospect's status in the Provider Application module. Examples may be Missing information or Pending rate approval. - Configure the List of Quality of Service Factors

Use the Timesheet Category page to define the types of time you want users to be able to track on their timesheets and the colours that are used to represent those times. - Configure the List of Reasons for Delivery Date Change
When a project manager modifies a project delivery date, the reason can be tracked.
