TMS Settings (Administration Module)
The settings you define in the Administration module apply to all users in the system. Exercise caution when configuring administrative settings. The values you create, edit, and delete will affect all system users and dependent features.
- Enterprise Administration
Use the settings in this section to configure system wide settings that define basic Flow parameters for the whole organization. - Invoicing Administration
Use the settings in this section to administer invoices, rates, and taxes in the MultiTrans TMS. - List Administration
Use the settings in this section to define field values that will be available in various areas of the MultiTrans TMS, such as projects or customers. - Flow Administration & Automation
Use the settings in this section to create templates that will allow you to standardize project options, workflows, access rights or instructions and to streamline the creation of providers and projects. - Project Creation Form (PCF)
Use the settings in this section to configure the information available for customer contacts when submitting requests through the Project Creation Form (PCF). - Administration
Administrators and Project Managers with the adequate access rights can modify the display name and visibility of default fields and create custom fields and field values. - Utilities
Access tools to troubleshoot and run administrative tasks. - System Parameters
Use the settings in this section to configure system wide settings that define default Flow behavior, including notifications, mail server connections and more, throughout the application. - MultiTrans Settings
The MultiTrans Settings allow you to configure a variety of options related to Flow Machine Tasks and automation of MultiTrans processes through Flow. - Plugins
The Plugins section allows you to manage connections to third-party tools and the MultiTrans Web Services. - Exports
Use the settings in this section to configure exports of data from the MultiTrans TMS. - Imports
Import your customer, contact and provider information through XML or CSV files.
