Viewing Customer Ratings

The Ratings tab displays all reviews and comments submitted by the customer using QA Models.

Procedure

  1. From the top menus in Flow, select Customers > Manage.
  2. Select the customer you wish to view ratings for and choose Details, or double-click the customer name.
  3. Select the Ratings tab.
    The average ratings are displayed at the top of the tab and each evaluation is listed below. If no ratings have been submitted, this tab is empty.
  4. Click View Evaluation to see the details of each customer evaluation.
