Duplicate records may contain the same term in one language, but different translations in other languages.
Procedure
- Go to the Filter tab on the Menu bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click Duplicate Records.
A check box appears to indicate that you are viewing the duplicates. The term list displays any duplicate records.
- Click on the different records to see if any duplicates need to be deleted or merged.
- Click Duplicate Records again to return to the entire term list.
