You mark the project as complete after you have finished all work on the project. All files in the project have been translated, reviewed and finalized and the translation memory has been updated with the content from the translated files. After you mark a project as complete, you will no longer be able to perform any batch tasks to files within that project.
Procedure
- To mark a project as complete in the Projects view, right-click on the project and select Mark as Complete or click
Mark as Complete on the Home tab in the Projects view.
- If you are working with a SDL Studio GroupShare server-based project, you may also want to remove the project from the GroupShare Project Server to free up space for other projects. To do this, right-click and select Delete Project from GroupShare.
Note: If further work needs to be performed on a project after you have already marked it as complete, you can revert the project status to In Progress. To do this, right-click on the project in the Projects view and select Revert Project to In Progress. The project status changes to In Progress and you can perform batch tasks on the files within that project again.
