Content Manager database server support history

The Content Manager database in SDL Tridion 2013 SP1 has a number of changed software prerequisites compared to the databases in SDL Tridion 2009 SP1, SDL Tridion 2011 SP1, SDL Tridion 2011 SP1 HR1, SDL Tridion 2011 SP1 HR2 or SDL Tridion 2013. The hotfix rollup 1 for SDL Tridion 2013 SP1 also introduces some further changes. If your current version of Oracle or SQL Server is not supported, you need to upgrade your Oracle or SQL Server before upgrading the Content Manager databases.
