Configuring Contact list columns
You can specify your own customized Contact list display by adding or removing columns using the Column Designer. You can change the display position and the width of the columns.
Before you begin
The procedure described in this task must only be executed by an Tridion Sites System Administrator.
Procedure
- From the slide-out navigation menu, select Settings.
- Click the Audience Manager option at the top of the screen.
- Click the Column Designer button.
- To add a column to display, click the down arrow in the Available Columns field. Select the column you want to add from the drop-down list and click the Add button.
- To remove a column, select it in the Selected Columns list and click the Remove button.
- To change the position of columns, select the column you want to move in the Selected Columns list and click the Move up or Move down buttons.
- To change the width of a column, select it in the Selected Columns list and edit the value (in either pixels or percentages) in the Column width text box.
- The Preview section at the bottom of the screen displays a preview of how your current column settings will display in lists of Contacts in user interfaces.
- Click the Apply button to save your changes.
