Trados Studio cloud capabilities reference information
This section of the documentation includes descriptive information about various settings and supported items in Trados Studio cloud capabilities.
- Managing custom menus

Dashboards can be customized with additional widgets by Administrators. - Checking subscription expiry date
You can check your subscription's expiry date from your account menu. - Checking your subscription name
You can check your subscription name from your account menu. - Reset password for non-enterprise email domains
This option is available for all accounts registered with a non-enterprise domain. If your account is linked to an email from an enterprise domain, you cannot reset the password. - Managing aliases
You can edit your user name and have the system display it as an alias in the account area, in the upper right-hand side corner of the screen. - Uploading your avatar or profile picture
By default, your account displays your name initials. You can upload an avatar (an image) or you can select from a list of predefined avatars, so that you can personalize your tenant experience. - Setting your preferred time zone
Users can set the time zone in which they want dates displayed in email notifications and in the application. By default, the application shows dates in the time zone of the user's browser. - Enabling the UI accessibility feature
You can optimize the UI for keyboard navigation and screen reader optimization. This feature makes the UI more accessible, especially for visually-impaired people. - Enabling or disabling email notifications
Use this option to control whether or not you want to receive email notifications related to your activity. - Specifying position of notifications
You can specify the positions where notifications are displayed on the screen. - Enabling support users access in the account
Administrators can specify if support users can be added to the application automatically or not. - Checking all product notifications
From the enhanced notifications area, you can now access more update notifications you might have missed. - Customizing the interface colors
You can change the interface color of the application at any time. - Opening projects in new browser
You can open each project in a separate browser tab, so that you do not need to return to the project list for every project you want to open. - Copying languages from one field to another
You can copy one or more languages from a Target Languages field of the tag type into another Target Languages field of the same type or in a field which supports text. - Copying file and task information
You can copy the following file (or task) information: name and description. - Connected devices
The subscriptions or packages you purchase allow you to use a given number of connected devices and browser connections. - Supported browsers
When accessing Trados Studio cloud capabilities, RWS recommends using Google Chrome. - Unsupported browser features
The user interface does not support zoomed in display in the browser. Ensure you do not have zoom in enabled when editing text or managing content in fields. - Setting up Azure OpenAI for LLM usage in Trados applications

A hard filter completely filters out non-matching TM results. If a TM match does not match the filter conditions, it is completely excluded from lookup results. - Email notification messages
You can receive several email notification messages when interacting with the cloud platform. You can receive individual notifications or aggregated notifications, but you cannot receive or configure custom notifications. - Bulk selection in long lists
To perform the same operation on all the items listed in any of the views, you must first select all the items. If you have long lists of users, resources, or projects, you can now use the check-box in the upper left corner of your list header to select all your list items in one go. - Filter resources by main and child locations
When you filter users, projects and project resources by location (customer location), you can choose to have the main location displayed alone or together with its child locations. - Filter resources and tasks by multiple values
Some fields allow for multiple selection when applying filters. - Filtering resources globally
You can filter resources and projects globally, at application level. Global filters apply to all the views and tabs where the Location filter is available. - Time zone synchronisation
The date displayed in Trados Studio cloud capabilities is automatically synchronized with the time zone on your device. - Task descriptions
