These steps describe how to add a status that can be used in the workflow.
Procedure
- Sign in to Organize Space.
- On the top tab level, select the Settings tab.
- On the second tab level, select the System tab.
- On the third tab level, select the Status Definitions tab.
- Select Add new at top right.
An Add new status dialog opens.
- Under Status name, fill in your name for the status.
- Under Status type, set the type of the status, one of the following:
- Draft status - items with this status type can be modified without creating a new version or branch.
- Released status - items with this status type can no longer be modified; only a new version or branch of the item can be created.
- Select Save to commit your changes, close the dialog and add this new status definition to the list.
