Deleting a workflow status

You can delete a workflow status when no longer needed.

About this task

In order to be able to be deleted, a status must not be:
  • used in any inbox definition
  • used in any transition
  • applied to any object

Procedure

  1. Sign in to Organize Space.
  2. On the top tab level, select the Settings tab.
  3. On the second tab level, select the System tab.
  4. On the third tab level, select the Status Definitions tab.
  5. Select a status definition from the list.
  6. Select Delete from the button toolbar.
  7. In the confirmation dialog that opens, select Delete again.
    The status definition is deleted, the dialog closes and the status definition is removed from the list.
