Troubleshooting Experience Space
This troubleshooting section helps you resolve issues you may encounter while using the Experience Space user interface.
Access Denied due to pop-up blocking
Problem: When you try to access the Experience Space website, the browser displays an Access Denied screen. This can occur in some browsers when pop-up blocking is enabled.
Solution: Disable pop-up blocker(s) for the Experience Space website.
Cannot access through Mozilla Firefox
Problem:If you are using Mozilla Firefox and are unable to access the Tridion user interface, for example, you see only blank page or the login prompt never goes away even, the browser may need additional, advanced configuration.
Solution:Contact your System Administrator. Alternatively, you can use Chrome or Edge instead of Mozilla Firefox.
Required to repeat my sign in Safari
Problem: After you refresh the browser while using Experience Space, you are required to repeat the sign in process. This can occur when the Safari browser with the experimental feature NSUrlSession Websocket.
Solution: This issue is due to a bug in Safari's feature. To work around it, turn off the feature in the browser's settings, which are generally found under the . Alternatively, you can use a different browser.
When selecting to open multiple items in a new tab, not all items are opened
Problem: You have selected two or more items from a list. You right-click the list and from the context menu that opens, you select Open editor in new tab. The number of tabs that opens is less than the number of items you have selected.
Solution: When you select multiple items, only item types that are editable in Experience Space will actually open in a new tab. That is, the number of tabs that are opened is equal to the number of items that are editable in Experience Space.
You can still open the remaining items in a new tab within the Classic user interface (Content Manager Explorer), but you need to do this for each of the these items individually.
