Configuring table columns on the Classic interface

On the Classic interface, you have fewer buttons that you can use to configure columns compared to the WorldServer 11 interface, but you can still accomplish the same goal.

Procedure

  1. Depending on the table you want to configure, in WorldServer, go to the Projects or to the Tasks page.
    • To get to the Projects page, go to Assignments > Projects.
    • To get to the Tasks page, go to Assignments > Projects, and then select the appropriate project.
  2. Select Choose Columns.
  3. In the Configure Table Columns dialog box, find the appropriate column, select it 1, and then do one or more of the following:
    ActionCorresponding button
Make the column visible (if it is not already visible)2.An arrow pointing to the right.
Hide the column (if it is visible). An arrow pointing to the left.
Move the column up a level3.An arrow pointing upwards.
Move the column down a level. An arrow pointing downwards.
  4. Select OK to save your changes.
1 To select multiple columns, press and hold Ctrl while you select them.
2 You can also move a column from the Available Columns list to the Visible Columns list or vice versa by double-clicking it.
3 You can move columns up and down only if they are visible. Moving columns up and down affects the order in which they are displayed in the table. For example, the first column under Visible Columns is the first column displayed in the table (to the left).
