Configuring table columns on the WorldServer 11 interface

On the WorldServer 11 interface, when you configure table columns, you can perform additional actions, such as making all the columns visible, hiding all the columns, moving columns to the beginning or to the end of the table. You can also choose to discard your changes and go back to how the columns were configured initially.

Procedure

  1. Depending on the table you want to configure, in WorldServer, go to the Projects or to the Tasks page.
    • To get to the Projects page, go to Home > Projects.
    • To get to the Tasks page, go to Home > Projects, and then do one of the following:
      • To view all the tasks in a project group, regardless of their project, select the name of the project group.
      • To view the tasks in a single project, expand the project group that contains the project, and then select the target locale of the project.
  2. Select Configure Table The Configure Table button..
  3. In the Configure Table dialog box, find the appropriate column, select it 1, and then do one or more of the following:

  4. Select OK to save your changes.
1 To select multiple columns, press and hold Ctrl while you select them.
2 You can also move a column from the Available Columns list to the Visible Columns list or vice versa by double-clicking it.
3 To save your changes, you still need to have at least one visible column.
4 You can move columns up and down only if they are visible. Moving columns up and down affects the order in which they are displayed in the table. For example, the first column under Visible Columns is the first column displayed in the table (to the left).
