On the WorldServer 11 interface, you can view information about a task on the Tasks page by selecting Show task information next to it. While viewing task information on the WorldServer 11 interface, you can also download the source and target assets and choose to see only human actions in the task history.
Procedure
- In WorldServer, go to the Projects page.
On
the WorldServer 11 interface, you can get to the
Projects page in several ways:
- By selecting Projects on the slide-out navigation pane (if it is available).
- By selecting Work Volume or Your Assignments on the Overview tab of the Home page.
- By selecting the number of projects displayed under Your Assignments.
- Do one of the following:
- To view all the tasks in a project group, click the project group.
- To view the tasks in a single project, expand the project group that contains the project, and then click the target locale of the project.
- On the Tasks page, in the Task Info column, select Show task information
next to the task for which you want to view information.
The
Task <number> Information pane is expanded and you can view the following information:

- The name of the project.

- The ID of the task.
- Details related to the workflow.
- The paths to the source and target assets.
- The total progress of the translation.

The history of the task, with details regarding:
- The date and time when each event was performed.
- The user who performed the event, if applicable.
- The event that was performed.
- A description of each event2.

| Workflow | The workflow in which your task is included. |
Tip: To view only the events performed by humans, select the Show only human actions check box.
- Optional: At this point, you can also:
- Refresh the information in the pane by selecting Refresh

- View this topic, as well as other Help topics by selecting Help
.
- View the information in full-screen mode by selecting Full screen
. To exit full-screen mode, select Exit full screen
.
- Collapse the pane by selecting Collapse.
