Editing user restrictions

You can edit user restrictions at any time to change the termbase elements users can view or modify.

Procedure

  1. In MultiTerm, access the Administrator view (if not already logged in):
    1. Add a server connection to MultiTerm. Go to File > Setup > Add.
    2. Select Administrator in the Navigation area.
    3. Select Log in from the Ribbon and fill in the credentials for the MultiTerm server.
  2. In the navigation pane, go to the relevant termbase and expand the Users branch to display the list of users.
  3. Under Users, right-click the user whose restriction you want to edit and select Edit.
  4. Use the arrow buttons to add or remove restrictions.
  5. Select OK.
