Implementing a custom workflow

When the workflow you designed cannot be covered by the default settings in Knowledge Center, those settings can be adapted through a few simple steps.

You need to:
  • Create statuses.
  • Define initial statuses.
  • Create transitions.
  • Create inboxes.
Requirements:
  • You have precisely described all the characteristics of your desired workflow. Having a visual representation of it is recommended.
  • All the user roles you need have been created.
  • You need to log in as administrator for this customization.
