New RESTful APIs
RESTful APIs provide a simplified URL structure for accessing specific parts of the API, such as the content module and the user interface resources.
RESTful URLs are useful because search engines prefer them to those that use multiple parameters and appear "dynamic." Also, they are easier to link to SDL LiveContent Reach from another system or website, as the URL syntax is easier to write, maintain, and understand.
The following Java classes contain Jersey, Version 2 RESTful API structures:
- XForm Template Configuration
- Publication and Language Version Configuration
- Search Index Configuration
- Global Configuration
