Configuration du type de fichier Microsoft Excel 2007-2013
Vous pouvez configurer les paramètres Microsoft Excel 2007-2013 de façon à personnaliser le mode de traitement de ce type de fichier pendant la traduction ou la relecture.
Procédure
- Decide for which projects you want to configure file type settings:
- For the active project, go to the Projects view, and on the Home tab, select Project Settings.
- For all future projects, go to .
- Développez la liste Types de fichiers et sélectionnez Microsoft Excel 2007-2013.
- Select the Sheets and shapes page, to specify the order in which sheets and shapes are included for translation. Choose the relevant options from the available lists.
- Select the Worksheet name page, and then choose one of the available options:
- Select Do not translate sheet name, to exclude the worksheet name from translation.
- Select Translate sheet name, to enable the worksheet name for translation, and select one of the options:
- Show the error and do not create a translated file
- Use the source text for the worksheet name instead of the translated text
- Shorten the worksheet name in the translated file to 31 characters
- Select the Color page, to specify a color for the text which must be excluded from translation. Select the Skip text marked with defined color and select a color.
- Select the Common page and then choose which content becomes translatable. Select:
- Comments to make comments translatable.
- Headers and footers to extract headers and footers for translation.
- Hidden content (columns, rows, sheets) to extract hidden content for translation.
- Alternative text for graphics to extract the text corresponding to the
ALTHTML attribute for translation. - Document properties to extract details such as the file author or the file creation date for translation.
- Select the Embedded content page.
- Select Enable embedded content processing.
- In the Document structure information area, select Add to create extraction rules based on document structure information.
- In the Tag definition rules area, select Add to specify the tags which will be processed and to define them as translatable or non-translatable.
- Select the QuickInsert page.
- Specify QuickInsert settings to insert tags and formatting, or to insert text and special characters.
- Select Font mapping.
- Specify the font mapping settings for your source and target languages.
- Cliquez sur OK.
