Saving a filter

You can save a newly created filter or a modified filter to preserve it for further usage.

When you create a new filter or modify an existing filter, the filter is displayed in the Search Details Window with an * asterisk next to the filter name in the TM Filter box. This asterisk indicates that the filter is not saved. Saving a filter saves the conditions that you have entered in the Search Details window. Any search criteria in the Source Text and Target Text boxes are not saved with the filter.

To save the filter, click Home tab > Filters group > Add to save the changes to the filter.
