Setting user rights
You set rights to define the types of tasks that users or groups can perform on Outbound E-mail and Audience Manager items. You assign rights to users or groups in a Publication's Security tab.
Before you begin
The following table describes the rights required to set user and User Group rights on a Publication:

Procedure
- Open Content Manager Explorer.
- Select a Publication and choose Properties from the context menu.
- Select the Publication Security tab.
- In the Users and Groups pane, select a User or a User Group.
- In the Rights pane, select a rights you want to assign to this User or User Group.
- Click Save and Close.
