Creating new user groups

Create user groups to assign to users and folders in the repository. The group determines the permissions the user has to the data in a folder.

Procedure

  1. Login to the Web Client as an administrator.
  2. Select Settings > User Groups
  3. Click New in the upper right pane.
    The User Group Properties window displays.
  4. Enter the name of the new user group.
  5. Click OK
    The new user group is saved to the repository and is listed in the right pane.
