Creating new user roles

User roles allow objects in the repository to be forwarded to users with an appropriate role assignment, using the Content Manager workflow.

Procedure

  1. Login to the Web Client as an administrator.
  2. Click the Settings tab at the top of the screen.
  3. Click User Roles in the left pane.
  4. Click New in the right pane.
  5. Enter the Name of the user role. Optionally, enter a description.
  6. Click Ok.
    The user role is added to the list in the right pane.
