Hiding and Showing a Publication or Language Version

Any publication language version that has been prepared (made live) can be hidden from the users' view. All language versions of a publication can be hidden by making the publication itself hidden. This can be useful for preparing and testing a publication, then releasing it to users on a particular date.

About this task

If a language version is visible and the publication is visible, the language version can be viewed. If the language version is not visible, then it is not viewable, regardless of the publication's setting. If the publication is not visible, then all of its language versions are hidden, regardless of their individual settings.

Procedure

  1. If you are on a Collaborative Review page, select Home in the breadcrumb trail.
The Collaborative Review landing page appears.
