Enabling AutoCorrect when Track Changes is enabled

By default, Track Changes is automatically enabled when you open a file for review or sign-off. However, AutoCorrect is disabled by default, but you can enable it by following the instructions in the current procedure.

Procedure

  1. Open a file for review or open a file for sign-off.
  2. In the Options dialog, in the navigation tree, select Editor > Review.
  3. On the right-hand pane, under Track Changes, select when you want track changes to be automatically enabled:
    • When you open a document for translation (Translation).
    • When you open a document for review (Review).
    • When you open a document for sign-off (Sign-off).
  4. On the right-hand pane, under Track Changes, select whether you want AutoCorrect enabled automatically while you review your files with Track Changes enabled:
    • To enable AutoCorrect, select the AutoCorrect checkbox.
    • To disable AutoCorrect, clear the AutoCorrect checkbox.
  5. Select OK.
