Downloading projects in Trados Customer Portal

You can download translated files when the project has the To Download status. The person who created the project receives a notification email when the file reaches the For download status, which means they can download all the completed files.

  7. Alternatively, open a project and, in the General Details tab, identify the file of interest and select the For Download status. Near the For download status, you can check the number of iterations of the file, namely the number of times the file reached the Hold for Feedback task, and was then sent back to translation or review. If the file was sent back more than 9 times, the icon displays number 9 followed by a plus sign, which you can select to find out the full number of iterations.
