Exécution des tâches

Once you finished working on the task assigned to you, mark it as Complete so it can move on to the next stage of the workflow automatically. Access the task assigned to you from the Inbox view.

Procédure

  1. Connectez-vous à Trados Team (en cliquant sur ce lien : http://languagecloud.sdl.com/fr/lc).
  2. Accédez à l'affichage Boîte de réception.
  3. Select the Active tab.
  4. Identify the task and select the check box corresponding to the task row.
  5. Select Complete. A dialog prompts you to enter an additional comment, and then to select Complete again. The comment is passed on to the owner of (the person working on) the next task in the workflow. If you select several tasks to batch complete them, the comment that you add applies to all of them.
The task disappears from the Active tab and can be checked in the Completed tab. The task then moves on to the next stage of the workflow. The owner of the next workflow task can check the comment by opening the task, selecting the Details tab, and expanding the Previous task comment menu in the right-hand side panel. Alternatively, if you are an Administrator, Lead Project Manager, or Project Manager, you can open the project, select either the Task History tab > task, or the Files tab > file version, and consult the information in the Previous task comment menu.
  6. Alternatively, if you are an Administrator, Lead Project Manager or Project Manager, you can complete tasks if you go to the Projects view, open the project of interest, select the Stages sub-tab, select the list view (The icon corresponding to the List view.) or tiles view (The icon corresponding to the Tiles view.), select the check box corresponding to the task you want to complete, expand the More Actions menu, and then select Complete Task. You can select several tasks and perform a batch complete.
  7. For a file to be fully translated, it must go through all the workflow tasks.
A file can move to the next task only after the task it is currently part of is completed. Administrators, Lead Project Managers, and Project Managers can force complete the tasks they do not own, namely the ones they did not accept.
