Managing custom dashboards

Dashboards can be customized with additional widgets by Administrators.

Procedure

  1. Connectez-vous à Trados Team (en cliquant sur ce lien : http://languagecloud.sdl.com/fr/lc).
  2. Select your account > Manage Account > Dashboard Announcements.
  3. Select Add Widget.
  4. Enter a widget name, and (optionally), under Message, enter the content to be displayed by the widget. You can enter text, images, and links. To enter a link select the right-hand side icon of three parallel lines, and then select Hyperlink.
  5. Under Options, control the visibility and layout of the widget on the Dashboard view.
    • To display the widget on the Dashboard view, enable Show on Dashboard page.
    • To control the application where the widget can be consulted, under Visiblity, select Trados, Customer Portal or both.
    • To control layout width, under Choose default layout, select between Big and Small.
    • To control the position, under Choose position, select between Top and Bottom.
  6. Select Create.
  7. In the Dashboard Announcements tab, you can view a list of all the widgets. To edit an existing widget, select the check box of the widget, and then select Edit, make your changes and save them. To delete an existing widget, select the check box of the widget, and then select Delete and confirm your choice.
